The Ford EcoSport was a popular subcompact crossover SUV in Brazil before it was introduced in the USA in 2018. Taking style and design notes from the Ford Fiesta, the EcoSport was compact but preceded the Ford Maverick and couldn’t sustain itself in a market where the demand for a compact truck was greater than that for the subcompact SUV.
