The workers ROCKED!!!! I came in without an appointment and they were able to NOT only fit me in BUT honor my coupon I had!!! THIS TEAM (in Avon Park) ROCKED TOTALLY!!!!!

Used their mobile service for an oil change for the first time today. It was amazing! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, quick service, and so convenient!

What started as a small repair claim turned into the ugliest customer service encounter I have ever experienced. Dennis in the body shop became so vindictive (after I decided to move my car to a different auto body shop for more timely repairs), that he wouldn't even release my car to the tow company when they showed up to get the car. He blatantly lied to the insurance company handling the claim and delayed the simple repair process unnecessarily for a week, citing one excuse after another. Dennis is a liability for this otherwise reputable company. I have great empathy for his colleagues, who likely have to live with this kind of behavior on a daily basis.

For 12+ years we have only used Bill Jarrett for all of our service needs. We are always extremely satisfied with the customer service we receive and the quality of work! This was our first time utilizing the mobile oil change. We were pleasantly surprised at the ease and quality of service we received, all while still being able to work. The mobile service is an amazing new addition to Bill Jarrett and we will definitely be using it again in the future.
