Recently inquired about purchasing a 22 f250. My current truck is at a dealer being serviced and i couldn’t bring it in for a trade evaluation till i received it back, i expressed i wanted the F250 in the lot and i will leave a deposit. I was informed to perform a soft pull credit for this vehicle and they would hold it as they cannot take cash deposits but this will soft credit pull will do exactly the same. Two days later I’m contacted by another sales representative from their dealer stating that truck is spoken for and “can i help you locate another”, i replied back that i was already in plans to purchase that vehicle, is the rep i spoke with available. The sales person i put a “soft pull credit deposit” with wasn’t in that day and he’ll return tomorrow. Made the phone call the following day to see what was going on, as i hoped the sales person contacting me in regards to it being spoken for now was in fact for me. Boy was i wrong. I guess a deposit/persons word is worth nothing nowadays. They’ve lost my business as they pulled a truck out from under me.

The sales process was seamless & easy. However after you take delivery of your new vehicle just hope you don't have to deal with their incompetent service department.

New to Florida. Had my F 150 serviced and a recall solved. These guys at this dealership are good. Well trained and good customer service and they communicate well. No upsell bull. Very good. I’m making them my go to place.

I was so excited to find the car that I’ve been looking for went there first thing Monday morning at 8 AM after I viewed the vehicle over the weekend only to be told that no it wasn’t available because it didn’t pass inspection and they were sending it to auction, even though it had been on their website for four days completely disappointed. Was told that it didn’t pass inspection then why would you have it on your website? I drove to look at it specifically would not recommend them to anyone.

Bill Jarrett Ford saved me almost $200 on a set of four tires by not having to perform alignment services. It was a joy to find a dealership with good old fashion integrity.

Great no pressure dealership. Got the car I wanted at a fair price and with NO dealer fees. Highly recommend them.

The service and techs are AMAZING but never go there for work , especially the quick lane. The tech are constantly harassed by the quick lane management and they do not allow new tech to learn and grow even when it was promised to them. Then they continue to bad mouth the techs that get fed up with it all and leave. In my opinion that completely unprofessional and brings down the integrity and reputation this place has.

They're trying to scam my elders parents out of thousands of dollars. They said the engine needed to be replaced. But the vehicle started right up and is driving great. Update- read Laura Brooks update as they are actually scamming people. Targeting the elderly.

The Bill Jarrett mobile service is great. Especially for persons with disabilities that have mobility issues. The mobile techs are polite and do quality work.

The guys over at the body shop here at Bill Jarrett Ford are fantastic! They got my repairs done quick and correct. The manager Todd, went above and beyond by picking me up from the airport in Orlando to get my truck from the dealership! (I was in an accident on vacation and had to fly back in to Florida to get my truck after repairs). Top notch customer service, well done.
